YourMove.is is managed by Your Move Collective, Inc.

Effective Date: November 1, 2026

This website, software applications, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Your Move Collective, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “YMC” or “Your Move”) is governed by this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices for the Site and applies to all personally identifiable information (collectively, “Personal Information”) and other information that is collected by YMC through the Site or which we maintain in our possession.  This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Site, access products or services that link to this Privacy Policy, engage with us via social media or similar means, email, or otherwise interact with us.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect Personal Information from you when you: (1) communicate with us via email, telephone, mail, social media, or other method; (2) enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion (in accordance with the applicable official rules); (3) order or purchase products and services; (4) opt-in to receive email newsletters, promotional materials, or other communications; (5) submit information related to our online services, surveys/assessments (some of which may include the submission of religious information), or ministry-related service which you seek information about or otherwise communicate with us about; or (6) otherwise provide us with your Personal Information.

Personal Information we collect may include, without limitation:

  • name
  • email address 
  • phone number 
  • address and/or geolocation
  • customer service requests
  • date of birth 
  • information and responses you provide to Your Move, including through surveys, assessments, reflections, or other features. This may include information about your interests, perspectives, beliefs (including personal values, religious beliefs or affiliation, etc. which we treat as sensitive personal information under applicable law and process only as described in this Privacy Policy), preferences, and other information you choose to share.
  • account and profile information, including information such as your role, occupation, or account type
  • information needed to process a voluntary donation, if requested, which may include bank account or credit card information
  • username and password (if applicable). We may require certain information in order to create and maintain a personal account for you or on your behalf. A personal account may be required to enable you to access certain services, ministry environments, or other non-public areas of the Site, or purchase products and services on or through the Site. We may request additional information to verify your identity in certain instances.

We may use a third-party provider such as Pushpay to process payments and that third-party may receive and store your payment information, in which case the privacy practices of that third party apply to such Personal Information. We may request additional information to verify your identity in certain instances. 

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including without limitation, receiving communications regarding products and services we offer or our partners offer. If you provide Personal Information to us via a Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of YMC and the authorized third parties referred to herein for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect, use, and retain only the Personal Information that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and we do not use it for materially different, unrelated purposes without providing notice or obtaining your consent as required by applicable law.

 

PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION 

As part of the standard operation of the Site, YMC or its third-party contractors may collect certain information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, device type, operating system, IP address and geolocation, installation data, error and other use codes, and referring website address. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Site, the number of times you return to the Site and other click-stream data.

 

COOKIES

We may use cookies or web beacons (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta Pixel, etc.) to collect the information described above and provide us with personal data about your use of the Site and our online services. A cookie is a small text file that may be stored on your computer when you access the Site. We may also use cookies to: (1) monitor Site usage; (2) conduct research to improve our content and services; (3) provide you with customized content and advertising; (4) track items in your shopping basket in order to return you to the correct re-entry page on the Site after your purchase; and (5) to offer you personalized recommendations. You may change your web browser’s settings to adjust your cookie preferences. Check the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. You can limit advertising measurement through your browser’s cookie settings, through Google’s ad settings (adssettings.google.com), and through your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including through an opt-out preference signal, as described in the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section below. Certain functions of the Site may be dependent upon your acceptance of cookies.

THIRD PARTY WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES

Advertising measurement. On the Site, including the Your Move app at app.yourmove.is, we use Google Tag Manager to run advertising measurement tools from Google (including Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These tools tell our advertising partners when a visitor reaches certain steps, such as starting or finishing the assessment, creating an account, or beginning a first plan, so we can learn which of our ads are working. We do not send these partners your assessment answers or results, anything you write in the app, or your name, email address or phone number. We do not use these tools for anyone who has communicated to us that they are under age 18.

We may use third party web analytics services on the Site and in communications we send to you. The service providers that administer these services also use technologies such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons and similar technologies to help us analyze how you use the Site and our emails.

How you found us. When you create an account in the Your Move app, we keep a record of how you first arrived: the advertising campaign, source and ad click identifier in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the website that referred you, if any. We store this with your account so we can understand which of our outreach efforts help people. We do not share it with advertising platforms, and it is deleted if you delete your account, subject to data retention permitted or required by law and processes described in the “Retention of Personal Information” section below.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION 

We may use the Personal Information and non-personal information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes: 

  1. to fulfill your requests for and provide you with products and services;
  2. to provide you with personalized content and recommendations; 
  3. to provide you with targeted offers and advertising on the Site; 
  4. to contact you when necessary (e.g. providing efficient customer service); 
  5. communicate with you about changes to our policies; 
  6. maintain or administer the Site, perform business and ministry analyses, or for other purposes to optimize or improve the quality of our business, the Site, and the products and services we offer;
  7. we may use or incorporate AI (defined below) technology and tools related to activities described in this Privacy Policy, including ingesting your Personal Data or other information into AI tools for purposes authorized under this Agreement;  
  8. to address problems with the Site, our business or our products and services; 
  9. detect, investigate, or prevent activities that may violate our policies, be illegal, or damage the Site, our business, or others’ businesses;  
  10. as otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent. 
  11. assess spiritual or religious preferences related to the information (including Personal Data) you provide to us, including in response to surveys/assessments we may offer, and connect you with ministry partners offering spiritual or religious services or resources. These ministry partners may include, without limitation, members of the Irresistible Church Network or other churches or religious groups which we believe may be useful to you based upon the information you provide to us.
  12. to contact you with information and promotional materials and offers from us, as well as from our affiliated organizations, marketing partners, and other third parties (e.g. church or ministry partners such as those mentioned above). If you would prefer not to receive such communications, please send your request to privacy@yourmovecollective.org with the subject “Privacy Opt Out”.

BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We process Personal Information under this Privacy Policy in compliance with applicable law including, without limitation, under the following legal bases (a) performance of contract or to provide services you request; (b) in furtherance of a legitimate interest of YMC (e.g. improving user experience); (c) consent (e.g. sending promotional emails); and (d) as otherwise authorized under this Privacy Policy or as authorized or required by applicable law.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

  1. We may disclose your Personal Information and/or non-identifiable information to the following parties:
  1. Employees and Independent Contractors: We may share your Personal Information with our employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, business associates, ministry partners (such as churches and other ministry organizations), service providers, suppliers, and other similar data processors, to fulfill a product or service request (including providing Personal Information to churches and ministry partners based on your responses to our surveys/assessments or online services, or other information we collect or that your provide), or if the disclosure will enable any of these individuals or entities to perform a business, professional, fulfillment, marketing, information technology, or technical support function for us.
  2. Third Party Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers that perform functions on our behalf. These entities are generally data processors that may have access to your Personal Information only as needed to perform their functions. These may be organizations such as Pushpay for payment processing, common carriers such as UPS and Federal Express, web hosting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) services such as Net Suite, CRM services such as Salesforce or Hubspot, email/web personalization services such as Spotler, marketing, analytics, and advertising services such as Google or Spark Communications, or providers, such as OpenAI, that use artificial intelligence (“AI”) or incorporate AI tools to make AI-assisted personal recommendations, provide analytic and marketing services, assist with the operation of the Site, and assist with the provision and operation of products and services we offer. We require these service providers by contract to protect your Personal Information, to use it only to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and not to sell it or use it for their own purposes.
  3. Corporate and Ministry Partners and Affiliates: We may share your Personal Information with related corporate and ministry partners (including the North Point family of churches, Irresistible Church Network partner churches, and ministries and their related ministry environments) and other affiliated entities for missional, religious, business, operational, or marketing purposes. For example, we may partner with another organization in a joint marketing effort and our partner organization may send such marketing materials to our customer list. These partnerships will be governed by contract and we will not disclose your Personal Data to our partner organizations or any other affiliated entity except with your consent or pursuant to one of the purposes described in this Section.
  4. Other Third Parties By Law or In Emergency Situations: We may also use or disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process or discovery request served on us or the Site; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, the Site or our users; or (c) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our affiliates, agents, or the users of the Site or the public.
  5. Other Parties In Connection With a Transaction: We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Site. We may also sell certain assets associated with the Site. In such event, we may transfer some or all of your Personal Information to an organization or individual acquiring all or part of our assets, or to an organization with which we have merged or that has otherwise acquired our business. In the event of such a transaction, the third-party entity acquiring all or part of our assets will likely be considered a data controller under applicable law.
  6. Other Parties With Your Consent: We may share Personal Information about you with other third parties when you consent to such sharing. In addition to the disclosures above, we may disclose non-Personal Information to third parties, such as aggregate website usage data or demographic reports that do not describe or identify individual users.
  1. To opt out of the disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties, please contact privacy@yourmovecollective.org with “Privacy Opt Out” in the subject line. Please note we will honor your request as required by applicable law except as necessary to fulfill a conflicting request from you (e.g. fulfill a product order by providing your address to a common carrier).

We do not sell your Personal Information for money. To the extent any of our advertising-measurement or partner activities described in this Privacy Policy is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under applicable law, you may opt out as described in the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section below, except that we may transfer Personal Information in connection with a transaction as described above.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We may retain Personal Information for as long as needed to administer the purpose for which we originally collected the Personal Information, to facilitate and maintain an ongoing business relationship with you, for purposes provided in this Privacy Policy, or as permitted by applicable law.  The criteria used to determine our retention periods may include: 

  1. An ongoing relationship with you as a customer, donor, or constituent of YMC (e.g. you maintain an account with us, are in an ongoing contractual relationship, or have recently communicated with us in some manner) or user of the Site;
  2. If there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
  3. Whether retention is advisable when considering our legal position or the legal position or safety of a relevant third party (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations, discovery requests from third parties, etc.); or
  4. For other purposes as provided in this Privacy Policy.

We may retain your Personal Data for durations allowed by applicable law.

When you ask us to delete your account or Personal Information, we remove or de-identify the Personal Information in our active systems, subject to the exceptions described above, and your access to related services ends. Certain short-lived server logs and secured, time-limited backups are not individually purged in response to a deletion request; instead, they expire automatically on a defined schedule, after which the data is not restored to our active systems.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY 

We do not direct the Site to, nor do we knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of thirteen and you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, please contact us at privacy@yourmovecollective.org to request that we remove such Personal Information.

In the Your Move app, you may not create an account if you are under age 13 and we do not create accounts for anyone under 13. People age 13 to 17 may create an account to see their assessment results only, and once they communicate to us that they are younger than age 18, we do not use advertising measurement for them.

Children under the age of eighteen (18) or their legal guardians in certain jurisdictions may also have additional privacy rights. Please see the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section below.

SECURITY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION 

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including access controls and the use of encryption in appropriate circumstances. The safety and security of your information also depend on you; where you have chosen a password or receive a sign-in code, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for not sharing your account.

Our authorized personnel may access your account, including through a secure “view-as-user” capability, only when reasonably necessary to provide customer support, investigate issues, or maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

The privacy of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, because the Internet is not a secure medium. Thus, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Therefore, you agree that we are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage you may incur by the sending of Personal Information or other confidential information over the Internet to us, and you agree that such communications are made at your own risk.

THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS 

You may be able to access the Site or sign into your personal account through a third party application (e.g. Facebook) and/or we may use a third party to help us track and analyze usage of the Site. In allowing access through such an application, we may receive certain information (including Personal Information) from the third party application and disclose certain information to such third party application. If you access the Site or your account from a mobile application, you may provide us with geo-location details. You may prevent this disclosure by adjusting the settings on your mobile device.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES 

The Site may contain content hosted or served by third parties or link to websites operated by third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to information gathered by these third parties. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies employed by any third party, and our hosting of third-party content or linking to third party websites does not constitute an endorsement of the content or business practices of those third parties.

GOVERNING LAW 

While we make a good faith effort to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to our services, the Site is published in the United States and is primarily targeted to United States citizens. 

If you are uncertain whether this Privacy Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to YMC. This Privacy Policy and its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein. Any claim or dispute related to this Privacy Policy or the privacy practices of YMC must be brought in the federal or state courts of Atlanta, Georgia USA, and the parties each hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction thereof.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THE UNITED STATES 

If you are located outside the United States of America, you should be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to the United States of America. If you are located in a country outside the United States of America and voluntarily submit Personal Information to us on the Site, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the United States of America. Depending on the nation of your citizenship or residence, you may be entitled to certain other privacy rights.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we implement any such changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date appearing at the top of this page. We may also notify you by other means such as email or a statement on the Site indicating we have changed the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes to these terms and notification will mean you accept those changes. Use of information (including Personal Information) we gather or that is in our possession is subject to the Privacy Policy as in effect at the time of collection. If a change materially affects how we treat your Personal Information, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law, such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site, before the change takes effect.

HOW TO OPT-OUT OR CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION 

You may opt-out of receiving future marketing emails or newsletters from YMC. We provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link within the email you receive. Please note that your request not to receive unsolicited marketing emails from us will not apply to messages that you request or that are not marketing in nature.

You can also delete your Your Move app account, and everything stored with it, from Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by applicable law, as described in the “Retention of Personal Information” section.

DO NOT TRACK 

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. To the extent we engage in activity that applicable law treats as a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information and you use a browser or device setting that sends an opt-out preference signal that we are required to honor, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for that browser or device, as described in the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section.

U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS 

Certain states within the United States have enacted their own privacy laws granting their residents certain rights in their Personal Information. These laws vary by state and may or may not apply to YMC’s data practices. If you live in a state whose privacy law governs our collection or processing of your Personal Information, you may have the right to: (1) request to know your Personal Information we possess and access your Personal Information; (2) request that we delete your Personal Information, (3) request that we correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Information, and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights granted to you under relevant privacy laws. If you are curious if your state’s law governs our processing of your Personal Information, please contact us at privacy@yourmovecollective.org with “State Privacy Request” in the subject line. 

We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers we know to be under the age of sixteen (16).

If laws of one of the following U.S. States applies to YMC as a nonprofit organization: Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you may have the right to “opt-out” of “targeted advertising and profiling” and to “appeal denied consumer rights requests.” If you are a resident of one of the foregoing states and wish to exercise any of these rights, please send an email message to privacy@yourmovecollective.org with "Request for State Privacy Information" in the subject line and in the body of your message. The requested information, if required by law, will be provided to you at your email inbox.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS 

Our collection of Personal Information may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The CCPA applies to a “business” as defined by that law, and nonprofit organizations such as YMC generally are not “businesses” subject to the CCPA; as a result, the CCPA may not apply to our processing of your Personal Information. If the CCPA applies, your rights as a California resident include:

  1. Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we have collected about you, as well as the sources of such personal information, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom such personal information is shared.
  2. Right to Access: You have the right to request, up to two times each year, access to categories and specific pieces of personal information about you that we collect, use, disclose, sell, and share.
  3. Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information that we collect from you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  4. Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  5. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: You have the right to “opt out” of the “sale” or “sharing” of your “personal information” to or with “third parties” (as those terms are defined by applicable law).
  6. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit certain uses of your Sensitive Personal Information (subject to applicable law). 
  7. Removal of Content: If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted.
  8. Shine The Light: Under California’s "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide Personal Information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared Personal Information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2025 will receive information regarding 2024 sharing activities).

The requested information, if required by law, will be provided to you at your email inbox. 

RIGHTS OF EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM RESIDENTS 

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of Personal Information of E.U. residents and U.K. GDPR applies to residents of the U.K. This section provides information regarding the rights these laws grant to E.U. and U.K. residents, respectively and the responsibilities of YMC under such regulations.

  1. Rights: If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you and you submit your Personal Information to us or we otherwise collect Personal Information about you as defined by relevant law, you have the following rights regarding how we manage your Personal Information. For purposes of this “EU User Rights” section, “Personal Information” means Personal Information, as the term means above in this Privacy Policy, as well as any information which YMC may link or otherwise connect with your account or identity. To exercise the rights provided below, please submit your request to privacy@yourmovecollective.org with the subject “EU Privacy Request” or “UK Privacy Request.”
    1. Explanation and access to your Personal Information: You have the right to be informed about your Personal Information YMC has in its possession. You also have the right to request a copy of all Personal Information in YMC’s possession if YMC collected such Personal Information based on consent or because it is required to provide a service that you requested from the Organization. 
    2. Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all Personal Information in our possession. YMC may retain certain Personal Information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes as permitted by GDPR.
    3. Data Correction: If you believe Personal Information in YMC’s possession is inaccurate, you may request correction of such Personal Information.
    4. Objections: You may object to YMC’s processing of your Personal Information (including for marketing purposes), based on profiling or automated decision-making. However, YMC may continue to process your Personal Information if it is doing so in accordance with GDPR regulations. You may file a complaint with the appropriate European governmental agency if you believe YMC’s management of your Personal Information is not in accordance with GDPR.
  2. Grounds for Processing Personal Information. 
    1. Consent: YMC may collect and use your Personal Information based on your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time but doing so will prevent you from accessing any service or feature that requires collection or use of the Personal Information YMC collected or used based on consent. YMC relies on consent in connection with data collections or uses of Personal Information that are necessary to enhance the user experience, to enable optional services or features, or to communicate with you.
    2. To provide certain services you request. To provide you with certain services that you request from YMC, we may collect and use Personal Information such as, for example: (i) information necessary for your account or user profile, for communicating with you, for verifying your identity, to fulfill orders for products or services, or to make or receive payments; (ii) transaction information about a specific transaction you have initiated with YMC; or (iii) usage information, which is necessary to maintain, optimize, and enhance YMC's services, such as products or features on our website which generate greater traffic.
    3. Compliance with legal obligations, protecting the vital interests of a third party or general public. YMC may process or disclose Personal Information to comply with a legal investigation, at the request of law enforcement, if there is a threat to the safety or property of another person, or a substantial public interest.
    4. Necessary for YMC’s legitimate interests such as, for example: (i) to prevent, detect and combat fraud in connection with the use of our services: (ii) to provide customer support; (iii) to optimize our service and develop new services: (iv) for research and analytical purposes. This includes, for example, analyzing usage trends to improve the user experience; (v) for direct marketing purposes. This includes, for example, analyzing data to identify trends and tailor marketing messages to user needs; or (vi) to enforce YMC’s Terms of Use.
